Bush Begins Approval Stabilization Strategy
In response to dismal approval ratings and soaring gas prices, the Bush administration has initiated Operation A.S.S.I.A.M. Officially known as the Approval Stabilization Strategy to Increase American Morale, Bush's A.S.S.I.A.M. seeks to boost his popularity across the nation. Phase One of A.S.S.I.A.M. entails Bush undergoing an extensive image make-over (see above) and engaging in a series of "convertalkinal" Town Hall Meetings. The administration is confident that Operation A.S.S.I.A.M. will give America and the world a greater understanding of Bush's cognitive and moral standing, thus returning him to a reasonable level of disregard across the globe.
